Each time this happens, I say I will never draw another pet again. And then I draw another pet.

When will I learn

On a related note, I should probably update this thing more often. I will try, but my life is just so uninteresting. What do other people blog about?

When did I even?

I was browsing through my folders today and came across this:



I think I was supposed to finish this for my boss like a year ago. ...Oops. o.o Anyhow, I figured I may as well post it, since it's old and I am incapable of finishing the things I start.

Also, I am the best at drawing pets. B)

Lies and Slander

Remember that time I said I'd upload fun sketches and doodles? I lied. I lied because I am a liar, and that's what liars do. Now that we've come to an understanding, I uploaded something from class, since that's the only time I ever finish a drawing these days.



A toilet crosshatch drawing from a couple months back, complete with giant crease mark and ink stain. Is this a metaphor? I sure hope not. ;_;

After embarking on this blog post, I decided to browse through some of my sketches; I found a really crappy doodle of young Jason Todd scribbled on a flyer for a comic book store. Did my best to fix it up and added a bird because he looked creepy as hell just staring at nothing. It's not amazing, but it certainly was fun. :D

One of these days, I am going to write a 6 page essay about the heathens who are denigrating Jason's character and why they should be burned at the stake. Or at least punched in the face really hard.

But today is not that day. No. I will wait.

Observations

My drawing professor told me to draw more observational art. So I did.



This is exactly what I observed.

A gift sketch for a friend, who happens to have an awesome blog (full of real art!) over here! Hope you like it, Mikey! :D

On a related note, I drew something else for a couple friends. Although, I wouldn't call it a gift, so much as a confession of my feelings about them.



That said, I'll try to upload a few other fun sketches/doodles tomorrow! Man, it is good to draw again. :'D
